Sage Gone Wild.
Did you know that sage ( this is native sage you see in the photo) has the ability to ionize the air? It clears the air.. which help YOU gain clarity and better focus.
So, when you smudge with sage, you are helping to create a space for you to open your brain to more answers, better clarity and more response to any questions or spiritual openness you would like to have.
What is smudging, you may ask? Smudging is when you light a bundle of sage, and blow out the fire, and let it ‘smoke’. You bring this smoke to you around your body, and let it ‘clear’ your energy.
You can also use smudging to clear the energy in a room too.The sage bundle in the photo is one I have had for a few years, they tend to last a long time! Not only do they clear the air, but they smell delicious too!
